Changing Lives

Trying to squeeze community service into your week can be difficult - between family obligations, your job, and other errands that you have to run.

But, what if your job was actually something that helped the community to begin with.

When you work at Goodwill, you're helping people across middle and west Tennessee regardless of your position, which is why Goodwill employees have adopted the saying, "I change lives."  Whether you drive a truck, work in the office, sort through a pile of donated clothes, clean the bathroom, or crunch numbers - all Goodwill employees help us fulfill our mission.

You might find the culture at Goodwill to be different from other places you work.  We specifically hire and train people with disabilities and other people who need help getting and keeping a job.

But the best part, we don't work to make money for stockholders.  We work to make money to help people who need it.  Over 80 percent of our revenue pays for our job training programs with the other 20 percent paying for overhead costs.

If you're interested in joining the cycle of helping others, search our available jobs, submit a resume, or fill out an application. We want to hire people who believe in our mission.
