Contest Rules
• Only one winner will be chosen. • This contest is not open to employees or family members of employees of Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. • To be eligible, entries must be received on or by the closing date. • All entries shall become the property of Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. No photographs shall be returned. • The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. • By claiming this prize the winner authorizes use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness or voice/photograph and use of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and medium. Including without limitation radio broadcasts, newspapers, publications, television, film releases, slides, videotapes, DVD’s and distribution over the Internet, which Goodwill may deem appropriate. • The winner agrees to allow the professional organizer to reorganize his or her home and donate at least 50 items to Goodwill. • In accepting this prize, the winner acknowledges that Goodwill may not be liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with for using this prize. • The winner’s address and last name will not be disclosed in publication unless written consent is given.
