Retail Training

If you are trying to get a job in the retail, call center, or restaurant industries, sign up for Goodwill's TRAC program, which stands for Training for Retail Associate Certification.

TRAC is a five-day workshop with extensive customer service and communication focused training.  The class offers hands-on, practical, “real life” experiences that will last a lifetime.  We've heard it's pretty fun, too.
