Do you have a documented physical, mental, or emotional disability and want to work? If so, sign up for Goodwill's Transitional Employment Services. Through this program, you can earn a paycheck while improving and developing job skills.
Goodwill will tailor its services just for you - based on your abilities. A counselor will match you to a job in Goodwill's donations, retail, or production departments with some opportunities in an office setting. Our goal is to help you develop the skills for long-term employment with Goodwill, but we're open to helping those who want to work outside of Goodwill in some cases.
You can learn to work independently, or may be provided with a temporary job coach as you adapt to the work environment.

If you or your child is 16 years of age or older, has a disability, and an Individual Education Plan, Goodwill has a part-time job opportunity for you through its After School Employment Program. Students learn valuable job skills while earning a paycheck.
Goodwill modeled this program after its Transitional Employment services, but created it specifically for high school students. Realizing the school comes first, students are scheduled for the paid training after school or on the weekend.
